Ingredients:
- 1 cup Commonwealth Joe Cold Brew
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond, oat, or soy)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (you can use store-bought or make your own)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cold Brew: If you don’t have a pre-made cold brew, you can make it by steeping coarse coffee grounds in cold water for 12-24 hours, then straining out the grounds. For convenience, you can use our Boxed Cold Brew or Nitro Cold Brew for an extra creamy texture.
- Mix the Chocolate Base: In a small bowl, combine the chocolate syrup and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the chocolate mixture, cold brew, and milk to a glass and stir well to combine.
- Sweeten: Add simple syrup to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top and Garnish: If desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
